Clear your doubts at The Hindu E-Plus Eamcet counselling session

Last year, just before the Eamcet counselling, Ch. Srinivas, an engineering aspirant, was not clear in his mind as to which engineering discipline to choose. He had an inclination towards the subject of physics and wanted to take up a stream that would have a good amount of physics. But, his peers insisted on computer science. At the right time, he was advised by an expert to take up mechanical engineering. And today, he is well set in a four-year B. Tech (mechanical) programme at a top college. He is happy that he was guided to take up the course that he dreamt of and when it comes to the career aspect, he says that it is open for both software and core industry.

The Hindu Education Plus has been organising this pre-EAMCET counselling session for engineering aspirants and their parents for over a decade. And many students such as Ch. Srinivas have benefited immensely over the years.

This year, The Hindu Education Plus EAMCET-2015 career counselling session will be held in the city at Siddhartha Academy, Main Auditorium, Siddhartha Nagar, Mogalrajapuram on June 3 (Wednesday).

The basic idea is to clear the numerous doubts that the young minds and their parents have on issues such as how to choose the relevant engineering stream, how decide on a college and whether choosing a particular engineering discipline is important over choosing a college.

Experts from various engineering disciplines such as CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, mechanical, civil, chemical, architecture and biotechnology, will be present at the session to clear doubts.

The session will start at 10 a.m. and will go on till 2 p.m., but students are requested to be present by 9 a.m. at the venue. Entry is through registration and at a nominal fee of Rs. 100.
