Andhra Pradesh Mahila Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma has said that it is the duty of all citizens to protect children and also safeguard their rights.

She was addressing a gathering at a candle rally held to highlight the importance of prevention of abuse and violence against the children in the city. As a part of the Childline Se Dosti week and the Universal Child Rights Day celebrated on November 20, Ms. Padma and DCP (L and O), participated in the rally.
