Senior YSR Congress leader and former Minister Botcha Satyanarayana asked Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan to think about whom he was questioning with regard to the murder of former MP Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy.

Addressing media at the party headquarters at the Lotus Pond in Hyderabad, Mr. Satyanarayana said Mr. Pawan was asking how YSRC president Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would protect the people when he was unable to do anything when his own uncle was murdered.

The YSRCP was also saying the same. But Mr. Pawan was trying to make Mr. Jagan responsible for the lack of law and order, Mr. Satyanaryana said.

He should be specific in asking questions, Mr. Satyanarayana charging Mr. Pawan with trying to rake up caste and regional differences for political gain.

YSRCP complaint to CEO

YSRCP leaders MVS Nagireddy and P. Gowtham Reddy in a complaint to Chief Electoral Officer Gopal Krishna Diwedi alleged that Mr. Pawan was trying to rake up caste and regional differences.

The statements of Mr. Pawan and Chief Minister Chandrababu portraying the YSRCP as a party that would promote rowdyism was violative of the Modal Code, they said and asked the CEO to take action against them.

They also asked the CEO to take action against the Telugu Today YouTube Channel for propagating ‘fake news’.
