Actor Nara Rohit had a brush with movie crazy fans here as he took part in a celebration marking the release of his new film, ‘Prathinidhi,’ here on Friday.

Rohit, who barely managed to squeeze through the mob, spoke for a few minutes about his new film.

“The movie `Prathinidhi’ is an inspiring and youth oriented film. The film does not support any political ideology,’’ Rohit said at a media conference held at Saraswati Movie Hall here.

The actor, who had a good beginning with films like ‘Solo,’ is banking on this new film.

He plays the role of journo with a mission. Directed by Prasanth Mandava, the movie was released amid an intense electioneering.
