Top RPF officer inspects training centre

Ahead of the passing out parade of Constable Recruits, the Additional Chief Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force (RPF), Southern Railway Aroma Singh Thakur inspected the RPF Training Centre here on Tuesday where the event is slated next week.

Ms. Thakur reviewed the parade of the Constable Recruits at the training centre and held discussions with senior RPF officers regarding the passing out parade event which is scheduled to be held on June 16.

The visit of Ms. Thakur was to finalise all the arrangements in connection with the passing out parade at the training centre as well as at the Railway Protection Special Force V Battalion here, RPF officials here said.

About 363 Constable Recruits are undergoing training at the training centre. Later in the evening, Ms. Thakur witnessed a cultural programme at the training centre.
