T.N. Fisheries University releases rank list

120 seats available for B.F.Sc. course and 20 for B.E. course

The Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Nagapattinam, released the rank list for Bachelor of Fisheries Science and B.E. Fisheries Engineering programmes on Tuesday. S. Felix, Vice Chancellor of the university, released the rank list. The rank list is available in the university website www.tnfu.ac.in

A total of 4,755 applications have been received for B.F.Sc programme and 1,681 for the B.E.Fisheries Engineering programme.

M. Jaswanth of Ariyalur topped the rank list with 199.75 cut-off mark for the B.F.Sc programme.

A. Jane Sylvia of Thoothukudi and S. Kokith of Erode were placed second and third, respectively, with cut-off marks of 199.25.

For B.E. (Fisheries Engineering), Sripriya of Tiruchi topped the rank list with a cut-off of 199.75. E. Madhumitha of Thanjavur with a cut-off mark of 199 and A.S. Kavithakamashi of Salem with 198.75 were in second and third positions respectively.

Counselling for the admissions would be held in the second or third week of July, the release added.
