A total of 1,932 candidates in Tiruchi region are expected to appear for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2019 of Anna University, Chennai, for admission into MBA, MCA and M.E./ M.Tech./ M. Arch./M. Plan. courses.
The test will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday at the University College of Engineering, Bharathidasan Institute of Technology, Tiruchi, the Coordinating Centre for Tiruchi.
There are 1,588 registered candidates for MBA, 492 for MCA and 852 candidates for M.E./M.Tech, T. Senthil Kumar, Dean, Anna University, Tiruchi, said in a press release. The exam will be conducted in two sessions on Saturday: from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
On Sunday, there will be only one session, in the morning. Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation will operate special bus services from the Central Bus Stand for the two days.
