Participants of an awareness run in the city on Tuesday relished a rare opportunity to rub shoulders with an international ultra marathoner.

The event organised by the Hindu Mission Hospital to create awareness of ‘Food, fitness and fine health’ witnessed the participants trying to keep pace with Arun Bhardwaj.

The awareness run, which started from the hospital in Thennur, culminated at MGR Statue near Cantonment.
