There were no new COVID-19 infections in the central districts of Ariyalur, Karur, Mayiladuthrai, Nagapattinam, Perambalur, Pudukottai, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur and Tiruchi on Monday according to the bulletin issued by the State Health Department. No active cases of persons receiving treatment at home and in hospital were reported in the region on Monday.
