DRM bags award for implementing official language

Manjula Rangarajan, Divisional Railway Manager, Tiruchi, has been awarded silver medal and a Certificate of Merit for Implementation of Official Language. Arunendra Kumar, Chairman, Railway Board, gave away the award to Ms. Rangarajan at a function held in New Delhi on Tuesday (November 12).

Certificate

The certificate presented to her said that she has been a role model for accelerating the spread and development of Hindi and its progressive use for various official purposes for the year 2012 as per the Official Language Policy of the Government of India. She motivated officers and employees by doing maximum work in Hindi.

Her individuality, originality, and self-expression in the field of Official Language got her the honour, it added.
