Change in train services due to line block

Southern Railway has announced change in some train services on June 29, July 1 and 3 due to line block and power block to correct the alignment on crossover at Mayiladuthurai, Pandaravadai and Titte.

Partially Cancelled

The Villupuram - Mayiladuthurai passenger (Train No. 56873) will be partially Cancelled between Anandatandavapuram and Mayiladuthurai on June 29.

Regulated

The Tiruchi - Chennai Egmore Cholan express (Train No. 16796) will be regulated at Thanjavur and reach 35 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai; reach 45 minutes late at Villupuram. The Coimbatore - Mayiladuthurai Jan Shatabdi express (Train No. 12084) will be regulated at Pandaravadai and reach 30 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai.

The Mayiladuthurai- Tirunelveli passenger (Train No. 56821) will be regulated for 34 minutes at Sundaraperumal kovil and reach 55 minutes late at Tiruchi. The Tiruchi - Mayiladuthurai express (Train No. 16234) will be regulated for 30 minutes at Titte and reach 60 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai. The Thanjavur – Mayiladuthurai DEMU passenger (Train No. 76826) scheduled to leave Thanjavur at 11.15 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 11.45 a.m. and reach 35 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai.

The Tiruchi - Mayiladuthurai express (Train No. 16234) will be regulated and reach 30 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai. The Thanjavur – Mayiladuthurai DEMU passenger (Train No. 76826) scheduled to leave Thanjavur at 11.15 a.m. is rescheduled to leave at 11.45 a.m. and reach 35 minutes late at Mayiladuthurai. The Mayiladuthurai - Coimbatore Jan Shatabdi express (Train No. 12083) will be regulated enroute and reach 10 minutes late at Tiruchi, a Southern Railway press release said.
