Special camps to receive applications for inclusion, deletion, and corrections in voters list will be held at all polling stations in the district on Sunday as part of the on-going summary revision of electoral rolls. Those who attain the age of 18 as on January 1, 2016, can submit applications for inclusion of their names in the voters’ list. For inclusions, Form-6 has to be submitted and for deletions and removal of multiple entries, Form 7. Form 8 should be submitted for corrections in names and age and Form 8A for change of address within an Assembly constituency, Collector K.S. Palanisamy said in a press release.
