Bishop Heber College reaccredited with A Grade

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has reaccredited Bishop Heber College with A Grade with a cumulative grade point average of 3.58 on a 4 point scale in the 3{+r}{+d}cycle of its reaccreditation. The NAAC peer team visited the college on January 19 and 20 to validate the self-study report and verify the physical infrastructure and the quality of its academic functioning, including the management. The team also interacted with teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, alumni and students, the management of the college and the principal. Based on the peer team’s report, the NAAC has reaccredited the college, D.Paul Dhayabaran, principal, Bishop Heber College, said in a press release. The college has been consistently accredited with the highest level in the first and second cycles of accreditation, he added.
