Updated - March 28, 2019 01:16 am IST - Thiruvananthapuram

Infosys’s development centre here celebrated International Women’s Day with a month-long celebration to acknowledge the contribution of its women employees. Employees at the development centre planned multiple activities to inspire women within and outside Infosys.

Organised by Soul, the diversity and inclusion team of the centre, the events focussed on women’s health and well-being. The highlights included programmes for underprivileged girl students, design thinking ideations, health check-up camps, women-only recruitment drive with participation from women leaders, gamified women leadership session on contextual leadership, hobby stalls, tech and diversity and inclusion policy contests, and technology talks by women leaders.
