The Translational Research and Professional Leadership Centre at Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, will organise a three-day training programme on ‘Hi-impact Leadership’ by motivational speaker and author Shiv Khera at Hotel Hilton Garden Inn from Thursday.
The programme aims at transforming professionals to lead successfully, communicate effectively, and manage professionally based on values and ethics. Professionals, including IAS officials, IPS officers, Secretariat officials, corporates, and faculty from engineering colleges across the State will attend the programme. This is the first time such a training programme is being organised by a government engineering college for professionals. Interactive learning tools will be aided by discussions and exercises. On completion of the programme, the participants will walk away with a 31-day action plan to see immediate results, a press release from the college said.
