The curtains came down on the World Space Week 2015 celebrations organised by the ISRO centres in Thiruvananthapuram here on Friday with a function held on the VSSC campus.
Prizes were given away to students who emerged winners in various competitions held in connection with the World Space Week.
Kris Gopalakrishnan, former executive vice chairman, Infosys, was the chief guest at the function. Dr K. Sivan, Director, VSSC presided.
S. Somanath, director, LPSC; P.P. Mohanlal, director, IISU; and M.V. Dhekane, associate director, VSSC were among those who spoke.
