A number of activities have been arranged at the General Post Office (GPO) here in connection with the National Postal Week celebrations from Friday. An exhibition of philatelic stamps on national and international days and space exploration from the collection of K. Gireeskumar, driver in the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Thiruvananthapuram (North) Division, will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ATM cards will be issued to savings bank account holders of the GPO here. Visits by schoolchildren will be arranged.
