The Kairali Plastic Surgeons’ Association honoured noted plastic surgeon K. Ramakrishnan Nair, former professor and Head of the Department, Plastic Surgery, Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, with a lifetime achievement award in recognition of his services here on Friday.
Aswathi Tirunal Gouri Lakshmi Bayi, member of the royal family of erstwhile Travancore, was the chief guest. Association president Kunhambu Nambiar and organising committee chairman J. Padmakumar were present on the occasion.
