: One person was killed and three others were injured when the mini-lorry they were travelling in lost control and crashed into a roadside tree near Kumarichantha here early Friday.According to the Traffic Police, the deceased was identified as Pankajakshan, 40, of Cicilypuram, near Venganoor. He is survived by wife Sukumari, son, Sreejith and daughter, Sreerenjini. The injured are Ajith Kumar, Dheeraj and Vipin, all of whom are undergoing treatment in private hospitals. The accident occurred around 4.30 a.m. when the group was returning from Kollam to Venganoor after purchasing cattle. Two cows that were in the mini-lorry too were killed in the accident.
