Go beyond textual information, students told

Young and up-and-coming entrepreneurs should not confine themselves to textual information, Tony Thomas, CIO, Nissan Motors, has said. He was speaking after inaugurating a two-day national conference on ‘Scholastics of industry and innovation’ at St. Thomas Institute for Science and Technology, Kazhakuttam, here on Friday. Technical education should focus on equipping the younger generation to be well-versed in all fields rather than limit themselves to one branch of study. Rajan Varghese, secretary, Mar Thoma Church Educational Society, presided.
