Candidates admitted to government/government-controlled self-financing engineering colleges can accept the new allotment to medical and allied courses only after paying liquidated damages. Candidates admitted to private self-financing engineering colleges under the Kerala Catholic Engineering College Managements’ Association can accept the new allotment subject to conditions in GO(Ms) Number 252/2014/H.Edn. dated June 7, 2014, a pressnote said.

Liquidated damages
