Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has sought the views of political party leaders, cultural personalities and senior members of the media fraternity on the proposed bill to curb hartals.

A press note issued by the Home Minister’s office said here on Tuesday that the political party leaders, cultural personalities and media professionals have been requested to communicate their views on the draft bill in writing either by post or by e-mail to hartalopinion@gmail.com. The public can also communicate their views on the subject to the government through these means. — Special Correspondent
