: Leader of the Opposition V.S. Achuthanandan presented the merit awards instituted by the All India Dept. of Space SC/ST Employees Association (ADOSSEA) for children of Scheduled Caste/Schedule Tribe employees at a function here on Saturday.
Mr. Achuthanandan presented financial assistance to 15 students and merit awards to 58 students. S. Somanath, director, Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre of ISRO, was the guest of honour. S.
