The Railways have decided to continue with the additional coaches in some express trains operating through the State.
Train 12287 Kochuveli-Dehradun Kochuveli Weekly Express will have two additional air-conditioned three-tier coaches, two unreserved coaches and one luggage-cum-brake van from February 6 to March 27.
Train 12288 Dehradun–Kochuveli Weekly Express will have two additional air-conditioned three-tier coaches, two unreserved coaches and one luggage-cum-brake van from February 9 to March 30.
Train 12076 Thiruvananthapuram-Kozhikode Janshatabdi Express will be augmented with one second-class sitting coach and one air-conditioned chair car coach from February 1 to March 31.
According to a railway release, Train 12075 Kozhikode –Thiruvananthapuram Janshatabdi Express will be augmented with one second class sitting and one air-conditioned chair car coach for two months from February 1.
