Train services resume

Train services on the Konkan railway route, which had been disrupted following derailment of a train near Balli in Goa on Sunday, have resumed.

After the Track Fit Certificate was given at 2.05 a.m. on Monday, a light engine passed the site at 4.10 a.m. Thereafter, Mangala Express operated. It was followed by Matsyangandha Express, a Konkan railway release said. Status of trains may be checked on 022-27587939 or onwww.konkanrailway.com.
