The Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition at Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), a constituent of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), organised various events to celebrate ‘Rashtriya Poshan Maah’, the whole of this month.
The main focus of the department was to spread awareness in the community about five basic nutrition components during the first 1000 days of a child’s life, ‘Anaemia Mukt Bharat,’ wash sanitation and hygiene, diarrhoea, and nutritious food.
