Khader to review dengue situation in district

Health and Family Welfare Minister U.T. Khader will be holding a meeting with officials and public representatives at different places in Dakshina Kannada on Tuesday and review the situation due to dengue and other communicable diseases.

According to District Health and Family Welfare Officer Ramakrishna Rao, the Minister will first hold the meeting in Belthangady which has been tentatively scheduled at 10 a.m.

This will be followed by meetings in Bantwal, Puttur and Sullia at 12.30 p.m., 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. respectively.

Dr. Rao said the Minister will be meeting local health officials, panchayat development officers, public representatives.
