Chota Bheem and co. in city

The Forum Fiza Mall, Pandeshwar, will be celebrating its first anniversary on Saturday and Sunday by bringing in Chota Bheema and Gang from ‘Dholakpur’ to the city.

In addition to entertainment by the Chota Bheem and Gang, there will also be exciting prizes, games and opportunities for photos, said a release from the mall.

There will also be prizes for customers on their purchases between May 22 and May 31, with bumper prize worth Rs. 1 lakh. The adventures at the Mall began from May 22 and culminate with Chota Bheem and Gang show on Sunday.

Luxury apartments

The Maurishka Palace – a luxury residential complex - was inaugurated at the Kadri Kambla road here on Friday.

Built on a 2.77 acre land, the project by Land Trades has 333 luxury apartments in the two high-rise blocks of 22 floors. Apart from two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, Maurishka Palace also offers penthouses.

This residential complex has a club house, swimming pool, meditation centre and indoor games room. Facilities for outdoor games and a jogging tack have been created on its premises. It has two levels of basement parking, and safety features that confirm with fire safety and seismic safety norms.

Former Chief Minister M. Veerappa Moily inaugurated the complex. Chairman and Managing Director of Janata Construction Ramesh Kumar, Chancellor of Yenepoya University Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Mangaluru South MLA J.R. Lobo, Mayor Jacintha Vijay Alfred, Proprietor of Land Trades K. Shrinath Hebbar were present.
