Briefly: Art festival, Skill development programme and exam centres for ICS

Samanvaya Kasaragod will be conducting the All India Art Festival in Kasaragod on February 2. Students, government employees, public sector employees, private company employees can take part in the event. Competitions will be held in film songs, light music, folk song, classical music, mappilapattu, essay, elocution, story, pencil drawing, folk dance, cinematic dance, mono act, mimicry, action song and story telling events. Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry will continue to be the centre for ICS Qualifying Examinations, which is being conducted by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London. Medium and Small Scale Enterprises Development Institute, Yeyyadi, will be conducting a four-week skill development programme on CNC (Lathe) Programming and Machining from January 22. For details call 2217696.
