The water level in Papanasam Dam on Thursday stood at 29.15 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 84.26 cusecs and a discharge of 254.75 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar Dam stood at 80.10 feet (maximum level 118 feet) with an inflow of 2 cusecs and a discharge of 10 cusecs.
