Madras High Court Judges Justices M.Nirmal Kumar, C.Saravanan and B.Pugalendhi will sit at the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court on December 27 as part of the vacation court notified for the winter holidays. Justices M. Nirmal Kumar and C. Saravanan will sit as division bench.
After division bench matters, Mr. Nirmal Kumar will hear writ petitions on services, education, mines and minerals, industries, land acquisition, local authority and labour.
Justice Mr. Saravanan will hear writ petitions on tax, customs and central excise, cinema prohibition and excise, forest and electricity. Mr. Pugalendhi will hear criminal side matters, said a Registry notification.
