‘Relief measures for MSMEs welcome’

Members of the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce stated that relief for the micro, small and medium businesses would aid entrepreneurs and help in creation of employment.

In a press release, senior president S. Rethinavelu and president N. Jegatheesan stated that the MSMEs would greatly benefit as loan sanctions up to ₹1 crore can be done quickly through a special portal. They added that rebate on incremental loans and order for public sector companies to compulsorily procure 25% produce from MSMEs would be a morale boost.
