An Army Recruitment Camp will be held in Salem between August 22 and September 2 at Mahatma Gandhi Stadium for various positions.
According to a press release from the District Administration, those looking to join the army can apply for the following positions: Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation and Ammunition), Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clerk or Store Keeper technical and Soldier tradesman.
The statement also mentions that aspirants must procure an admit card by applying online on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic. in between July 8 and August 6. The cards will be available from August 10 onwards. This document must be produced during the camp.
