Demo on making eco-friendly products

The Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Development Institute will conduct a series of skill development programmes in cement-based building materials, eco-friendly products and simple chemicals and allied products here from October 26 to 30.

According to a press release, practical demonstration of making of cement hollow and solid blocks, decorative tiles, fly ash bricks, paver blocks, cellular lightweight concrete blocks and eco-friendly products made from areca leaf and banana fibre will be conducted.
