Two killed in separate road accidents

Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in Ernakulam district on Wednesday.

Libin, 23, of Veluthedathu house at North Paravur, was killed after a fish lorry hit his motorcycle around 3.30 a.m near Udayamperur. An employee of a hotel at Kadavantra, the youth was riding back home after duty when the accident occurred. Tripunitura police said that the body was handed over to the family members after post-mortem. A case has been registered against the lorry driver.

Siji, 35, a resident of Kavanakkara, died after a KSRTC bus rammed the scooter on which she was travelling near Aduparambil along the Muvattupuzha-Thodupuzha route.
