: The Kerala High Court has observed that the state of affairs in the conduct of litigation by the police was absolutely unsatisfactory.
Justice Alexander Thomas expressed its hope that the Advocate General and the Director General of Prosecution would take appropriate remedial measures to tone up litigation management.
The observations were made on a petition filed by Saji Thuruthikkunnil of Kolencherry seeking a directive to the State to remove his name from the rowdy list displayed in Puthencruz police station.
