Order on metro compensation stayed

A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court has stayed a single judge’s order directing the Kochi Metro Rail Corporation to pay the remaining 20 per cent of the compensation to persons whose land had been acquired for the rail project.

The Bench passed the order on a petition filed by the KMRL challenging the recent order of the judge.
