One person was killed and another injured when their vehicle collided with a KSRTC bus here on Tuesday. According to the police, the head-on collision occurred around 9.15 a.m. at Arunapuram. The deceased, Eiby J. Edattu (32), was accompanying his father Joseph for a health check-up, when their four-wheeler met with the accident. The bus was on its way from Pala to Kottayam. Though both were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by onlookers, Eivine's life could not be saved. Joseph's condition has been declared as not serious. The police have registered a case in connection with the accident.
