National workshop for teachers held

A two-day national workshop on improving the teaching skills of college teachers was organised at the Ilahia College of Arts and Science. P.M. Azeez, general secretary of the Ilahia Trust, inaugurated the workshop. Sayed Muhammed, chairman, Abdul Khadir, manager, M.V. Ragesh and Aneer Khadir, Reed Business International, London, also spoke.

Babu Kochamkunnel, college principal; Oommen Mammen, dean of management studies, Sharjah University; and Jassimudhin, librarian of St. Stephen’s College, Uzhavoor; were the key resource persons. M.S. Shajahan and S. Bindu were the co-ordinator and convenor of the programme.
