V. J. Kurien, Managing Director of the Cochin International Airport, has been selected for this year’s FACT Lalithakala Akademy’s MKK Nayar Award.
The award is given annually to outstanding Malayalee personalities in the fields of management, art or culture, said a press release here. The award comprises a cash prize of ₹25,000 and citation. The selection committee praised Mr. Kurien’s management abilities in starting the international airport and running it profitably these years, the press release said.
