The Kerala High Court on Thursday dismissed a petition challenging an order of the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Kinfra) terminating a deed leasing out 40 acres in Thrikkakara North village for developing an international exhibition and trade centre to Zoom Developers Pvt. Ltd.
The court issued the order on a petition filed by Zoom Developers and two others. Kinfra had issued the order saying that the deed had been violated by the company and the work had been abandoned.
