A discussion on health and protection of the seas will be organised at the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies on Monday, being observed as World Oceans Day. The discussions will be organised under the aegis of the School of Ocean Studies and Technology. Cochin University of Science and Technology Vice Chancellor J.
