Discussion on eradicating child pornography

Raising Our Voices Foundation, an NGO working to create awareness about gender discrimination and child abuse, will conduct a panel discussion on ‘The rise of child pornography: how to create awareness and eradicate it’ on October 19.

Deputy Commissioner of Police G. Poonguzhali, lawyer Parvathy Sanjay, psychiatrist and psychotherapist Janaki Sankaran and a host of others will participate in the discussion.

It will be moderated by Mini Thomas, educator. An entrance fee of ₹100 will be charged. Entry will be free for students.

The discussion will be held at Chai Cofi on Kaloor-Kadavanthra road from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
