The Devaswom Ombudsman can settle the disputes, including personal grievances and salary dues, of Devaswom employees, the Kerala High Court ordered on Tuesday. Issuing the order, a Division Bench of the court consisting of Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan and Justice Anu Shivaraman observed that the employees of the Travancore Devaswom Board and the Cochin Devaswom Board would come under the purview of the ombudsman. The court also appointed P.R. Raman, a former judge of the High Court, as the next Ombudsman.
