Consortium selected to set up IC4 under Smart Mission

Project cost estimated to be ₹64.5 cr.

A consortium has been selected as the master system integrator for the establishment of Integrated Command, Control and Communication Centre (IC4) in Kochi under the Smart Cities Mission.

The consortium of Fluentgrid Limited and Bharat Electronics Limited was selected through a bidding process and the project cost is estimated to be ₹64.5 crore, including the cost of the centre’s operation and management for a period of five years. The project implementation period is eight months.

The IC4 project in Kochi aims at the integration of various systems of different government departments and agencies to provide better delivery of public services, and enhancing safety and security within the city.

A meeting held here on Monday in this regard was chaired by A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish, the Managing Director of Cochin Smart Mission Limited.
