The body of an unidentified man was found in a decomposed state in a building under construction at Elamkulam on Friday morning. The man appeared to be in his 40s.
The body was found in the basement floor in the space left for lift, and the possibility of a fall cannot be ruled out, said the Kadavanthra police. Identification of the body was not possible owing to its decomposed state. An inquest was conducted. The body is kept at the Ernakulam Medical College.
