: The Air India Express call centre facility will be available to passengers at the number 044 -3001 2001 from June 9. The Centre will provide round-the-clock assistance on all days of the week. Language options of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English will be available to answer any flight or booking related enquiries. Passengers will be able to book flight tickets or change their bookings through the call centre. They will also be able to book extra baggage or block specific seats. All credit card payments will be through secure IVRS channels.
