The bodies of two brothers, both of whom were working with the Indian Army, were found at different places on Monday and Tuesday, relatives here said.

Varghese of Champakulam received information from the Army on Monday that his son Jobin Varghese, 25, was found dead at Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, where he was posted with the Signals division of the forces. Just as the family was waiting for his body to arrive, they received information from the Erode police that Jobin's elder brother Jomon, 33, who was on his way to Kerala from Punjab, where he was posted with the Artillery wing of the Army, was found dead in the Erode Station on Tuesday evening.

Jomon is said to have been found with marks reportedly resembling that of electrocution on his body. The Erode Police suspect that he could have come into contact with the electric wires over the trains and that he had climbed atop the train in an inebriated condition, relatives said, adding that however, they were yet to receive complete details on the deaths of the siblings.

The bodies are expected to be brought here on Thursday.
