A 35-year-old domestic help was found murdered in her house at Ram Bagh in Attapur here on Thursday morning. Police suspect her paramour Srikanth’s role in the murder.

B. Jyothi’s decomposed body was lying in a pool of blood when Rajendranagar police broke open the house after the owner complained of foul smell. “When foul smell started emanating from the locked house, the owner informed us, following which a team was sent to the spot and found the decomposed body,” inspector G Suresh said.

The victim hails from Bidar in Karnataka and for the last three years she was living in Hyderabad. “Her husband was living Bidar and our investigation revealed that for the last two years she was in a relationship with one Srikanth, who is currently at large,” he said. Teams were formed to nab the suspect.
