Woman beats corporator’s husband
A woman created a flutter in the industrial area here on Saturday by beating the husband of a TRS corporator of the Khammam Municipal Corporation (KMC) over an alleged land dispute. The woman charged him with masterminding the alleged demolition of a wall on a land, which she claimed to be her own. The man allegedly pushed her down and the woman caught hold of his collar and beat him with footwear even as a resident videographed the scuffle.
